"What do you do if you don't dream?"

This is the most common question I get.  Follow the advice in "Remember Your Dreams" for a good week or two before moving on.  There's no problem with trying to get lucid right away.  If I were you, I'm sure I'd try it all at once too, but remember to be patient!
